| 6. Project relevance | The Young Worker project is a social and commercial project aimed at support, development and professional realization of young people within the Borisov district. The main idea behind the project is that adolescents at the age of 16 often have sufficient skills to work in many professions and the desire or need to start earning money for self-sufficiency. Also, an important factor is that in the absence of vacancies or orders in various fields, young people increasingly prefer relocation to more work-intensive regions of Belarus, which implies an outflow of promising and qualified personnel. The secondary factor to create this project can be called the need to create an intra-district demand for these services, since institutions, enterprises and individual entrepreneurs, in the absence of offers, actively use the services of companies and single professional workers from outside the Borisov district. This project will be focused on professional development and income generation, as well as reducing the level of juvenile delinquency by engaging in constructive activities under the motto «Do you want to make money legally, regardless of age? — we will help you!». The prototype of this project can be considered the foreign online exchange «Upwork», but with a change in the emphasis of the recipients on adolescents and young people not only in terms of professional status, but also in the territory of residence. | ||
